Sooooooo as I sit to write the first entry of my new Blog about heavens only knows what... I'm kinda scared that this might actually work, and that even after the class I'm doing this for in the first place is over I'll have to keep it going because my fans will demand more... (You'll learn that I dream BIG).

I have a pretty cool job at this Global Fortune 50 company as a College Campus Recruiting Coordinator and "Winter is Coming" A.K.A Fall 2017 Recruiting Season so I'll be even more of a manic in the weeks to come just stay tuned.

I have three teenagers that are just as crazy as I am... Kayla is the oldest (19) then we have Aj (17 and my only son) and the baby girl Ms. Christian that is every bit of her crazy mother (16).  So yes, at 22 I had 3 babies in diapers and one (my oldest) has special needs.... so needless to say it's been a long time since I've gone to the bathroom by myself 😒.

As a young parent things were not always easy, but I come from a long line of very strong God fearing women that always kept me lifted in prayer.  And it worked because I'm not in jail, I'm getting my education my kids are alive and well (for now) and are actually decent little members of society (so far).  So for all those people that counted me out (insert middle finger emoji here).

My life is pretty sweet right now... I'm in a really good place and my love life is AMAZING thanks to my boo Rome who has decided that it's in his best interest to marry me! I'm happy as a clown!

I'm so busy I can't even list all the things I have going on right now because I'll be here all dang night... But I am everything to everybody and I swear my circle can't fart without my help! So I'm going to take you guys on this little journey through life with me BUT right now I gotta go... Dropping one kid off at school and picking another up, then I have to Tweet 7 more time in the next day or so, read a book and do 5 journal entires, post a bunch of jobs for work, cook dinner, clean house, do laundry, be funny, loving and nurturing allllll at the same damn time!

    You've already got one fan in the books! Excited to hear more about your engagement, kids, and all of the other things you do in the day. You sound like super mom-these will be a lot of fun to read! Can't wait!!

I was abused...

Ok. So while this is not my proudest moment in life due to a family member recently experiencing abuse is the reason why I think it's important for me to revisit my experience.  However, this will be short, because I prayed and promised that I would NEVER let this crap consume my life ever again. I spent 8 years with my abuser.  Not being raised in a household with both parents made me want that for my children so I lived with verbal and physical abuse to give them what I didn't have.  Imagine me a 22 year old young woman with 3 kids and no real idea of what this family dynamic was supposed to look like.  I was raised by loving grandparents, but they were old even when I was young, and didn't teach me what I needed to know about this kind of stuff.  I learned the hard way. I would always fight back which is why I think it lasted so long.  Just because you defend yourself doesn't make the abuse ok.  He's still a man and was stronger than me....

Teenagers for SALE

Where should I start.... Oh yeah! My kids are spoiled! And yes I know it's my fault... I was super spoiled the same way growing up so I guess a lot of how I am comes from that.  I also feel like I have to over compensate because the majority of their wants, and needs come from my household.  But sometimes I want to kick myself, because it's getting out of hand! I work very hard to provide for them and they see me working day and night to get done with school, take them here, there and everywhere in-between on top of going to work ect.... But does that register when they want something..... HELLLLLLL NOOOOOOO! I could have JUST sat down, and here they come and not with a "Hi Mom! How was your day" but with a "Moooommmm I need, I want, can I thins, can I that" OH yeah and YOU take us, because my friends parents aren't running us all over creation like you will because you don't want us out walking the streets after dark!
